Can an Introvert Date An Extrovert? How to Balance the Two Worlds

Do you love parties or time alone? How can a relationship between these two opposing stances work? Can an introvert date an extrovert?

Introverts and extroverts; two opposing lifestyles, personalities, and even dating styles. Can these two polar opposites date? Can an introvert date an extrovert and make it work in the long run?

The answer is a simple yes. I know it may seem counterintuitive but an introvert can date an extrovert and do it happily. But, just like any other healthy relationship, it requires a bit of understanding, a lot of respect, and of course, compromise.

What is an introvert? What is an extrovert?

Before figuring out how to make this relationship work, it is important to know what these terms mean and what they mean specifically to you.

[Read: Introvert vs. Extrovert – How to know for sure which side you’re on?]

In general terms, an introvert is someone who thrives best alone while an extrovert feeds off of outside energy.

For example, an extrovert may want to go out with friends every night but an introvert may go out one night a month because they need more low key nights tor recover from so much interaction.

And these things can overlap. They can be blurry. Just because you prefer to stay in doesn’t mean you are 100% an introvert and vice versa. ??I describe myself as 70% introvert and 30% extrovert. I am not shy. I don’t have social anxiety. I am comfortable meeting new people and being around people.

But, after a large gathering or party, I need at least a full weekend on my own to recover and rebuild my energy. As much as I enjoy being in the company of others, I am at my happiest and strongest in a more low key and relaxing environment. [Read: 12 signs you’re a complex ambivert who’s a perfect blend of introvert and extrovert]

Some of my closest friends feed off of company. They become bored and down when they spend too much time at home. They pull energy from a crowd and interaction. And some extroverts may want to go out every night while others still like having “me-time”.

These differing traits may seem to collide when it comes to creating a successful relationship, but is that really the case?

Can an introvert date an extrovert?

Sure, you may think two introverts would mesh a whole lot better than an introvert and extrovert, but that is not always the case. In fact, introvert and extrovert pairs often have a wonderful balance.

Having these differing lifestyles and personalities can benefit a couple. It increases a couple’s communication and respect. It can help maintain independence and confidence.

These relationships may initially seem like a lot to handle but with the right balance, they can be a source of true happiness.

Being able to understand where your partner is coming from, what they need from you and what they don’t need from you is vital in any relationship. But when an introvert is dating an extrovert, those parts of the relationship are focused on even more so.

This makes an introvert and extrovert relationship more likely to last in a lot of cases.

[Read: Dating an introvert – 15 adorable quirks that set them apart]

How an introvert can date an extrovert

Although introvert and extrovert relationships have a great chance at lasting, they do need a bit more tenderness than other relationships when it comes to communication.

Because you and your partner may not react the same to crowds, energies, or events you need to be able to share how you are feeling verbally. You also have to be willing to make sacrifices for each other and know when you both need to recharge in your own ways.

#1 Express yourself and your needs. Every relationship needs open and honest communication but an introvert and extrovert relationship even more so. If you can’t communicate what you need from your partner they won’t know, especially because they may need the opposite of what you do.

Tell your partner if you need a night by yourself and explain why. And try to understand that they need a night out with friends. Trust will only come from talking and listening. [Read: 19 ways to genuinely connect with others and be more social]

#2 Compromise. Introverts and extroverts know what makes them comfortable. For you, the perfect date night may be renting a movie and cuddling on the couch while your partner may prefer to be out in a group at a club. Instead of avoiding what you both prefer, try to compromise.

Go out with your partner even if it is just for an hour before you call it a night. That will show them you’re trying and they will appreciate that just as you would if they stay in and watch a movie with you on a Saturday night.

#3 Don’t box each other in. Just because your partner is an extrovert, it doesn’t mean they have to go out every night and prefer going out to staying in with you. Just as you being an introvert doesn’t mean you never want to go out or try new things. You are both layered and can change your mind or be in a more social or low-key mood.

Realize that just because your partner is an extrovert that doesn’t mean they don’t also need alone time just as you may need some time to go out with your friends. [Read: The shy extrovert – All the confusing signs of a walking dichotomy]

#4 Branch out of your comfort zone. Sometimes. This is part of compromising. You don’t need to go out every weekend because your partner does and they don’t need to stay in every weekend because you do. But pushing yourself a bit not just to please them but to bond is important.

Sometimes you’ll hate going out and be eager to get home, but sometimes you may really enjoy yourself. Like I said, this doesn’t have to happen every week, but when there is an event that is important to your partner and you know they would love having you at their side, try to go.

#5 Focus on rebuilding your energies. If you’re wondering can an introvert date an extrovert, you need to keep in mind that energies are a major part of being an introvert or extrovert. You may need a weekend at home watching Netflix to recover from a dinner out with friends while your partner gets their energy from being out in a loud environment.

You should know how your partner recharges and they should know how you do. This will give you clarity when you are apart. You don’t want to assume your partner doesn’t want to be around you just because they need a night out just as you don’t want them to think you’ve lost interest because you would rather be alone for the night. [Read: Introvert problems – 12 quick-fixes to nip the bad ones in the bud]

#6 Don’t push each other. It is nice when your partner does something out of their comfort zone for you, but don’t push them. Just as you wouldn’t want them pushing you to go to a rave when you know you would feel anxious and tired so quickly.

It may seem like the simplest thing to ask your partner to relax at home with you but too many nights at home can be detrimental to an extrovert’s mental health as too many nights out could exhaust an introvert physically and emotionally. Let your partner say no sometimes. [Read: Introvert burnout – It does exist and here’s how to deal with it]

#7 Help them understand what alone time means to you. An introvert’s alone time is vital to their well being. You know how good it feels to do nothing but lay in bed and veg out sometimes, but your partner may view that as boring.

Help them understand what that does for you. Explain to them how you feel after a relaxing night in and how it will help you branch out on other nights.

#8 Understand what socializing means to them. The same way you want your extrovert partner to understand your side, you need to listen and understand their side. Going to a loud bar may seem like hell to you but it could be your partner’s happy place. Listen to them.

Try to wrap your head around the fact that your partner thrives off a crowd and being around other people and socializing. It doesn’t mean they like others more than you or prefer their company to yours. It just means they need that time to feel their best.

Can an introvert date an extrovert? By all means, as long as there is communication and understanding, this could be a perfectly, wonderful relationship.

4 Things Long-Distance Relationships Need to Not Fail

long distance relationship
A long-distance relationship can work if it’s well-managed. Heed these four requirements and it could turn out to be the best relationship of your life.

My first ever serious relationship had a pretty standard beginning. But, as I was soon to go off to college, this relatively new relationship became a long-distance relationship. Trying to maintain it was a monumentally stupid decision for many reasons.

I had only just begun my journey into the world of dating. I also had not done such a good job creating a good precedent for the relationship. Many good things came out of the relationship, but so did many bad things. Like I say, pretty standard.

But a large part of my suffering resulted because I did not know how to have a healthy long-distance relationship.

It was not something of beauty that would one day blossom into something even more beautiful. It was a leash that spanned several hundred miles. After this relationship ended, I swore off long-distance relationships. Of course, I've since entered into a few more. As a result, I finally learned how to do them properly.

Yes, long-distance relationships can work, but I would not recommend them for the vast majority of men. But sometimes they just happen. You are traveling and meet a woman who absolutely blows your mind. She is a gem. An angel. And also your sexy little minx.

You must return home to real life (or she to hers), but she is worth the effort to keep. You see a future with her. If only a long-distance relationship could work!

Well, it can... IF these four necessities are met. Without them, a long-distance relationship will surely fail. But with them, you've got a fighting chance.

The Accidental Text On Purpose: How to Use It & When To Avoid It

It might sound like a contradiction, but the accidental text on purpose can actually be a very sneaky tool when trying to get someone’s attention!

Wait, an accidental text on purpose, what’s that, you say?! For starters, be honest, have you ever attempted to get someone’s attention by using an “oops, sorry, that text wasn’t meant for you” kind of tactic?

Come on, own up, we’ve all done it!

This is known as the ‘accidental text on purpose’ and it allows you to make contact with someone, perhaps as a nudge, whilst having the pretext of actually not meaning to do so. You can maintain your cover of nonchalance but still receive the desired effect.

It’s genius when you think about it!

[Read: What to do when you accidentally send a text to the wrong person?]

What is an accidental text on purpose?

You might have done this yourself by accident, or you might have been quite obvious about it and tried to pretend it was an accident, but the accidental text on purpose looks like a little like this, for example:

You’ve met someone and exchanged numbers. You might have even sent a few messages back and forth over the space of a few days, but then suddenly everything goes a little quiet. You were the last one to send a message, so you’re not keen on sending another, simply because you don’t want to look desperate. The silence goes on.

What do you do?

You send a ‘nudge’. This could be a text which has nothing to do with the original conversation, to look completely accidental, and the recipient will receive it and then wonder what it’s for. The hope is that they’re so overcome with curiosity as to what it means, because it’s so out of context, that they send you a message in return.

Boom! Conversation re-started.

If your conversation carries on, consider your texting strategy a success. However, there is the risk that they could simply ask what you mean and then leave it alone. In that case, don’t try this strategy again, because you really are erring on the side of desperation, and nobody like that!

[Read: How to master the subtle art of getting someone to call or text you back]

How to send the best accidental text on purpose

If you want to send the best accidental text on purpose without it looking blatantly obvious what you’re attempting to do, the key is in the wording and the timing.

Firstly, make sure whatever you send isn’t related to the conversation you were having. If so, it looks like a continuation and you’re desperately trying to restart the chat. That’s what you’re doing, of course, but you don’t want them to know that!

Instead, go for something random, but I don’t recommend opting for anything flirty. If you do this, they might assume you’re chatting to several people on the go and as a result, they might think you’re a little too flighty for their tastes. Of course, they could fly into a jealous range and hit you up constantly, but do you really want to have to make a potential partner super-jealous in order to get any attention?

Of course not! [Read: How to not be a boring texter and keep your crush really interested]

Instead, stick to something quirky yet un-obvious.

Something like “do you really think so?”, or “I can’t believe they did that”, or “what are the chances?!” That basically looks like you’ve continuing a conversation with someone else, but it’s totally innocent, without flirtatious connotations or any overtones of anything dodgy going on.

The wording also has to be enough to make them curious. Avoid anything like “I’m good thanks, how are you”, because that’s the most boring conversation around. It needs to look like you’re in the middle of something funny or interesting and not a general conversation you would have with your sister.

Now we have to think about timing. Avoid sending it late at night. If you do this, they’re going to assume it’s some kind of booty call-esque chat which they’re going to see straight through. Having conversations with other people late at night also doesn’t look great if you’re attempting to snag this person as your potential other half! [Read: Dry texting – The real meaning behind someone’s one word responses]

The best time to send your accidental text on purpose, in my opinion, is at some point during the day or early in the evening. Avoid first thing in the morning because they’re likely to forget that you’ve texted them and therefore not reply simply because it’s slipped their mind.

Lunchtime is a good option, as this is when people are on their phones whilst eating their lunch. Early evening is also good because people tend to be relaxing and therefore more likely to chat.

When not to try this tactic

Do not try and send an accidental text on purpose if you have already sent two unanswered texts beforehand. Basically, that’s a big red flag which is screaming “leave me alone!” This person isn’t interested. It’s tough, but that’s life. [Read: How to know when to stop texting a guy – Have you been texting too much?]

The accidental text on purpose is a nudge, it’s the technological equivalent of standing there waving your arms around, attempting to get to someone remember that you’re in existence. Obviously, the hope is that you never have to attempt this particular strategy, and that the person you’re spending your time texting is replying and firing off texts to you just as frequently.

It’s also very likely that you’ve received an accidental text on purpose yourself. Perhaps you didn’t realize it at the time, but think back.

Have you received a text from someone you were chatting to that made no sense whatsoever, compared to the conversation you were having before? That’s exactly the type of text we’re talking about! That person might as well have been stood on a small rock in the distance, waving their arms around frantically, screaming “do you remember me?”

Yes, the accidental text on purpose doesn’t have much dignity attached to it when you break it down, but it’s also a genius way to attraction attention you’re trying to get without being super-obvious about it in the first place. It’s a way to figure out whether they simply forgot to reply, or maybe thought they had and didn’t press ‘send’, or whether they’re actually ghosting you. [Read: Will she ever contact me again? How to know if she’s interested or losing interest]

Why do chats stall in the first place?

This can be for a few reasons, but the most common one is boredom. Chatting over text isn’t the most thrilling thing in the world, and at some point you are going to have to move things away from texting and into the real world!

Don’t do it too quickly, but don’t stall it either, otherwise you run the risk of your virtual relationship running out of steam and never really making it to the fun part. [Read: Texting before the first date – A complete guide to doing it right]

Of course, chats also stall because one person isn’t really that interested and can’t think of a more dignified way of doing it. In that case, conversations simply tend to stop.

If you send the accidental text on purpose, you might get a curious reply and then radio silence, or you might not get a reply at all. If this happens, take the hint for heaven’s sake and move on. Don’t waste another second on it. [Read: 13 rules you need to follow when someone you like stops texting you]

However, if you play your cards right, sending this so-called accidental text might actually be all it takes to get things kick-started again, and to keep things flowing.

Everyone forgets to send a text occasionally, and everyone goes through hard times at work which take their mind off everything else. If it happens once, okay, forgive it, but if you find yourself in the accidental texting situation again, perhaps it’s time to work out whether this person is worth it.

[Read: How to start a conversation over text and keep them hooked to you in no time]

The accidental text on purpose is very useful for kick-starting a stalled conversation and sending a nudge for attention. It all comes down to how you use it and when, but it’s a great tool to have in your dating armory!

15 Signs He’s Fighting His Feelings For You & Holding Himself Back

Ever wondered if a guy likes you but is hiding it? Here are 15 signs he’s fighting his feelings for you when all he wants is for you to like him back.

Men can be stubborn creatures especially when it comes to showing their true feelings. In most situations, they will try to keep it cool when they’re in the immediate presence of the girl they’re enamored with, even if they’re struggling deep inside to maintain their composure. Despite this act, a boiling kettle will surely leak out steam at some point and there will be obvious signs he’s fighting his feelings for you, however hard he tries to conceal it.

When men fight their feelings, they will say one thing but their behavior will tell you the complete opposite. Therefore, determining his true intentions is possible by careful observation of his actions and body language as you won’t expect him to verbally reveal these feelings to you at the get go.

Signs he’s fighting his feelings for you when he’s fallen hard already

By knowing how to read these signs he’s fighting his feelings for you, you’ll surely know that something is up and you’ll be able to address it with him later on.

#1 He’s awkward or stiff when you bump into him unexpectedly. Chance meetings will be a nightmare for him. It will be like an ambush happening at a time when he’s unprepared.

A quick assessment of how he looks, who he’s with, what he’s currently doing will make him jittery, raise his voice a pitch higher, and degrade his conversational skills into a stuttering mess. You’re left to wonder why he’s so anxious like he’s being questioned by the cops while on an average day he’s very poised and calm. [Read: Is he shy or just not interested? 15 signs to decode his behavior]

#2 Obsessive “Preening” behaviors. Like a bird with a potential mating partner in the immediate vicinity, he’s constantly adjusting his clothes, checking if every lock of hair is in its rightful place, and taking one final mirror selfie to check his overall appearance. He needs to look and act his best if he knows that you’ll be around him in a few minutes like an actor about to exit the backstage curtain.

#3 He’s more relaxed around you if he’s backed up with his friends. A man fighting his feelings for a girl will be a bit uncomfortable without a backup to fall back into if the target of his affections is near. Know that he does want to talk to you but is afraid to make the first approach for fear of screwing up or he wants to avoid making his intentions obvious. His guy friends will provide a comfortable retreat from where he’ll plan the best time to approach you to strike up a conversation. [Read: How to tell if someone likes you without asking them directly]

#4 He tends to downplay his connection with other women. He’s afraid to give the impression that he’s pursuing other women and would want you to think that he’s single and available. He will make sure to emphasize that a girl he was seen with the other day is just a friend, a co-worker, or a relative. [Read: Is he attracted to you? 16 signs that’ll tell the truth instantly]

#5 He’s quite the active fan in your social media. For him, watching you over the relative anonymity of social media is the safer option than interacting with you in person even if it will give a little bit of stalker vibes. However, it still won’t escape your attention due to the volume of “likes” and comments he’ll throw into your every post or photo. If in person, your social media activity may even be brought up as a topic of conversation.

#6 He will have these small bouts of jealousy when you hang out with unfamiliar guys. If you’re looking for signs he’s fighting his feelings for you especially if he tries to act indifferent in person, pay attention to his behavior when he sees you with other guys.

He won’t show or say anything about it but he’ll sure feel the pangs of jealousy if he learns that you’re spending some time with an unfamiliar guy. He’ll be overthinking the kind of relationship you have with the said guy and may even discreetly ask around on who the guy is. It may be the vestigial remnants of evolution but men can be territorial creatures who would be alarmed if another male enters the space of the target of his affections. [Read: 30 wicked ways to make a guy jealous and win his attention]

#7 You’ll notice a bout of boldness after his fit of jealousy. Surprisingly, he’ll have this phase of boldness and will show some rare initiative if he learns that there’s another man who’s also trying to capture your attention. Think of it as the competitiveness of rival males for their chosen mate displayed by animals.

He’ll probably step up on his dressing and grooming game, show up in your social space more often, be extra sweet and thoughtful, and overall be much more present in your life. [Read: How to get a shy guy to feel courageous and ask you out]

#8 He will display unusual hot and cold behavior. Hot and cold behavior is something you would expect women would tend to do more than men. But if the man is trying to fight his feelings, he may display this kind of behavior as well.

When faced with conflicting feelings, especially involving romantic attraction, men would retreat for some time alone to be able to rationalize and process their feelings. As your presence would derail his thoughts and emotions, he may cease communication and lie low until such a time he has a clear understanding of his own feelings.

#9 He’s very observant and takes note of the tiny details about you. Maybe it’s the result of his constant monitoring of your social media or it’s just his unconscious attraction clearing up space in his brain, one of the signs he’s fighting his feelings for you is his ability to remember the tiniest details that you won’t even remember yourself.

He will recall things as minor as cravings you had for a specific snack two weeks ago or even the serious stuff that you shared in confidence. Remember that men who are attracted to someone will pay attention to every little thing about their crush whether they are aware of it or not. [Read: 15 baby steps to help a shy guy open up and start flirting with you]

#10 He is very much interested in what you think of him. In all his careful advances and unconscious displays of affection, he still needs to know if there is even a chance that all of these made through to you. A slight mention of his efforts or the mere mention of his name in your conversations is well-anticipated as well as appreciated. He’s like a student who constantly seeks the approval of his favorite teacher, and this is a dead giveaway of his true feelings towards you.

#11 He’s visibly happy if he hears that you mentioned him in front of your friends. For him, you bringing up his name or anything he did in front of your common friends will be interpreted as a sign of your interest towards him and may even give him hope that he has a chance with you. Know that he’ll be smiling ear to ear and will have a good night’s sleep if he learns that you mentioned him in any of your social interactions. [Read: 16 signs he wants you bad and is irresistibly attracted to you]

#12 He unconsciously mentions you in conversations. In any given topic at any given time, your name will surely pop up if he’s the one talking. Without him noticing or realizing, he acts like that annoying proud Dad at work who provides all his co-workers with live updates of what his daughter is up to at the moment.

#13 He is extremely protective of you. He shadows you like a bodyguard, constantly checks how you’re doing, and makes himself available in case you need him. At first you’ll appreciate this sweet gesture but he may overdo it to the point of making you feel like someone under witness protection. Don’t take it against him though, it’s just his way of expressing those feelings he’s doing his best to ignore.

#14 He just can’t say no if you’re the one asking. In short, one of the clearest signs he’s fighting his feelings for you is if you are his weakness. Even if he’s the most uptight and humorless guy you know, he’ll agree to the silliest thing you’ll ask of him. He wants to be useful but at the same time, it’s his way of showing that he cares and that you can rely on him on just about anything. [Read: 12 science-backed clues to know if a guy is starting to fall for you]

#15 He tends to give out sweet gestures and words without him realizing. From sweet nothings, small presents that never fail to delight up to commendable displays of effort at his own expense, he sometimes acts like an honorary boyfriend and he doesn’t even realize it. As mentioned, he will take his feelings to the grave but it will show through his actions and behavior towards.

Men may seem impaired when it comes to verbally expressing their emotions. But when they start to feel genuine affection towards a woman, their silence is often inconsistent with their actions effectively betraying their true feelings to outside observers.

If you see a few of these signs he’s fighting his feelings for you, the key is to give him time to process his feelings until such a time that he’s ready to make his move.

How to Be a Freak in Bed and Enjoy Sex in Every Way Possible

Everyone wants to know the secret behind how to be a freak in bed. But are you ready to really know what it takes? If you are, you better keep reading.

I get a lot of people messaging me, asking me, what do women love in bed? What blows a guy’s mind during sex? How to be a freak in bed?! Of course, everyone wants to know the answer; it would make life so much easier. Ah, but sex isn’t supposed to be easy and formulated.

You know, though you may think there’s a straight answer to these questions, that’s not the case. Everyone wants to know the secret to be a sex god/goddess, but at the end of the day, we’re human beings. There’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach to sex.

So, when it comes to learning how to be a freak in bed, I have to tell you, you’re going to be going on a self-discovery journey. That’s right, being a freak in bed is more about you, than it is your partner. Why? Well, your partner could change.

One day you could be with person A, and next week, it’s person B. You being a freak in bed shouldn’t be reliant on the person you’re with. This is what I mean by a self-discovery journey. Remember, what you may find to be “freaky” doesn’t necessarily mean it is. I mean, what does being “freaky” even mean? It’s very subjective, so you don’t need to push yourself into an image of what a “freak” is.

[Read: How to be freaky in bed without being creepy or scaring your partner away]

How to be a freak in bed and explore your sexual side

Cool on the streets, but a freak in the sheets.

#1 What do you consider to be freaky? Here’s the thing, if you’ve never had anal sex before, you may consider this to be extreme. So, you need to look at where your comfort zone ends, and what you think is wild behavior. Not everyone has the same idea as you when they think of freaky, and sex is subjective. [Read: How to enjoy anal sex – Backdoor secrets to a painfree experience]

#2 Explore your sexuality. The best way to learn how to be a freak in bed is to explore your sexuality. Whether it’s through porn or experimenting with a partner, try things out that you usually don’t do while having sex. For example, if spanking videos turn you on, try spanking your partner and see how you feel. Once you start to explore sexual acts outside of your comfort zone, you’ll get to understand yourself better. [Read: 15 dirty, sexy and freaky things to say and do in bed]

#3 Build up confidence. What’s the sexiest thing a person could wear? It’s confidence. I know that sounded a little cheesy, but it’s true. Once you start to explore your sexuality and see what you really like, you’ll be more sexually confident. And that’s a huge turn-on for people. When you’re confident in bed, you let go and are present at the moment.

#4 Say what you want. You have specific desires and wishes; everyone does when it comes to sex. And you shouldn’t feel ashamed of asking for them during sex. Of course, your partner has the right to say no, and it must be respected. But you’re also allowed to ask if they’d like you to fulfill your sexual desires. If they’re not comfortable doing so, that’s okay. [Read: Gross sex acts you probably didn’t know exists and yet many people love]

#5 Tease your partner. Learning how to be a freak in bed isn’t only about sex. Yes, sex is a major part of intimacy, but flirting and teasing your partner will heighten the experience. Don’t be afraid to be kinky and naughty before sex. Send them texts of what you want to do to them earlier in the day; it’ll get the chemistry flowing and build up the tension.

#6 Mix things up in bed. What can I tell ya, being a freak in bed isn’t going to happen in missionary position. I mean, it can be one position you use during sex, but you need to switch things up. Have you ever heard of a freak in bed who only used one position? Not at all.

People who are freaks in bed understand their bodies and what positions work best. Explore different positions, and see which ones work best. [Read: 7 sex positions for beginners that’ll make anyone think you’re a pro]

#7 Find out your partner’s desires. Sex isn’t only about you. And people who are considered freaks in bed also spend a lot of time focusing and pleasing their partner. If not, they would just be labeled as a crazy, one-sided sex-machine. But that’s not what you want. You need to think about your partner and their desires, as well. If you two don’t match sexually, then find a partner who enjoys similar desires as you.

#8 Use your body and mind during sex. Sex isn’t just a physical activity; it’s highly emotional. If you’re not getting turned on, you don’t feel good. Sex is more than just your penis or vagina being stimulated. It’s a full-body experience. If you want to be a freak in the sheets, allow your body and mind to work together. [Read: 15 freaky things you can try together in bed and arouse each other]

#9 Indulge in your fantasies. Everyone has sexual fantasies. Some of them are deeply hidden within us, while other fantasies are on the surface. It may take a long time until you accept your fantasies and openly indulge in them – and that’s okay. This will happen once you start to build confidence in yourself. When you reach that point, start to indulge in those fantasies with partners who are willing and able.

#10 Don’t do things that don’t turn you on. A freak in bed isn’t someone who does things they don’t want to do.
